1940
Foundation of the organization | Arania Group Foundation.
1966
Start of the manufacture of
Metallic Shelving in the plant of
Arania.
1984
The manufacture of shelves specializes and creates a new independent production center in Galdácano, Spain.
1991
AR Sistemas, specialist in garage shelving.
2008
Incorporation of Technometal to the Arania group, as a production center in Slovakia.
2011
Constitution of the subsidiary AR Sistemas de Almacenaje in Chile.
2014
AR Shelving brand is created.
2015
Constitution of the Russian subsidiary Capricorn Investments Ltd.
2017
Duplication of space and production capacities in production plant in Slovakia.
2020
New profiling lines and one painting line installed in Slovakia.
